I perform Density Function Theory (DFT) onto magnetic materials (Fe2NiO4), semiconductors (CuBi2O4), 2D superlattices (Ge2Sb5Te5, UTe2) to study structural, electronic, magnetic, phonon vibration and optical properties using VASP, Quantum – Espresso packages.
